It is an all-inclusive Planning Service that gives you step-by-step guidance, professional opinion from the get-go, an experienced planning team assigned to the couple. We also handle hiring vendors, from the venue to officiants to bridal stylists, building the master budget, managing the payment schedule, and more.

The Partial Planning Service gives you a chance to plan parts of your events while guiding you to the finish line, sourcing and recommending vendors, attending final vendor meetings. You also get one comprehensive planning meeting to discuss final details​ and more.

It's almost wedding day and our Event Management/Coordination package is going to help you tie all loose ends. After planning your own event our team mainly steps in a month before the event to make sure vendors are all on the same page, share a timeline with all parties involved, handle final communication with the bridal party​, visit the wedding site, finalize contracts and handling last-minute changes that may come up.

 

On the day of the event, you will spot our team handling behind-the-scenes setup, cueing and assisting in orchestrating your ceremony, coordinating and styling of ceremony and reception details, coordinating of reception set up and liaising with Caterer/Venue, DJ, MC, Photographer, and all vendors, running the show throughout the day to ensure the day runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out​ perfectly!
